A rotating monthly happy hour coordinated by “Cruise Director Julie McCoy.” The event is designed as an opportunity for members and friends of the Richmond LGBT Community to get together on the fourth Friday of each month to relax, have a few drinks, catch up with old friends, make new ones, and grab a bite to eat.
