Sebastian, off Ed Banger Records (the same label as Justice and the producer for Daft Punk) made a small splash before his first and only album was released. The entire Ed Banger label was riding high off the international success of Justice’s first CD. Sebastian popped up on a few of mix-CDs and there was a lot of buzz around the release of this album.
Sebastian’s DJ skills are pretty intense to watch live. Personally, it pains me to think of the large number of folks who’ve never given this guy a chance. Take a listen to the song (and the incredibly hot album cover) and consider checking out the rest of the album – Total. The entire album runs a gambit of styles – parts sound like they could have been Prince B-sides, other parts sound like the most current dance/house tracks you could find.
