New LGBT Parents Meetup Group Forms

A new group has sprouted on Meetup.com – the Richmond Area LGBT Parenting Group.
From Meetup:
This is a group for LGBT parents navigating the challenging waters of raising a family. Be you partnered with children or a single parent, formerly in a straight relationship with children, and are coming out as an LGBT parent–there really is no mold to adhere to–only that you want to network and share in fun and inclusive activities with other parents facing the same ups and downs as you. Ideally, it is best that parents be ‘out’ to their children.
Also for parents looking for a network, Our Families – GLBT Parents, is on Facebook.
