It looks like the snow has melted in Norfolk and the judge proceeding over the Bostic v. Rainey, the first of two challenges against VA’s ban on same-sex marriage, will be heard tomorrow at the Norfolk District Court.
The American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER), who is representing Tim Bostic in his challenge against the 2006 voter-approved ban, announced the date change over the weekend. GayRVA will be reporting live before and after tomorrow’s hearing from Norfolk.
