A few events to round out your weekend…
|Join us along with Hardywood’s Patrick and Eric to try these one of a kind beers along with more Hardywood Park beers! We will have some giveaways that evening as well.
We were given the liberty to choose anything our taste buds desired to flavor the beer and having our choice of any Hardywood draft to use as the base.
Matt chose to smoke some hops (Fuggles and Kent Goldings) using wood chips from a repurposed Maker’s Mark barrel once containing Hardywood’s Bourbon Cru.
Chris used local raw honey, dried tart cherries and Oloroso Sherry barrel chips adding them right into the Belgian Tripel.
Rachel and I, dreaming of Spring and sitting on the patio drinking a craft ale, chose their Singel, and added the rinds of bloods oranges, fresh ginger (a lot of fresh ginger, it’s our favorite aromatic) then poured in a
touch of organic honey.
