I can’t stress how open to ideas I am – personal stories, interviews with interesting people, conversations about LGBTQ theory, intersectionality, sultry photo shoots, or powerful narratives – and that doesn’t even include visual submissions.
Things to keep in mind:
1 – Written pieces should max out at 2000 words unless it’s something really incredible
2 – I’m not a fan of Q & A’s, but I’m open to discussing them
3 – Visual submissions should aim to fill 4-6 pages – more is negotiable but unlikely
4 – PLEASE DON’T AGREE TO SOMETHING YOU CANNOT COMPLETE
Send pitches to firstname.lastname@example.org and use the subject line “PRIDE GUIDE 2016 PITCH” and consider using the format similar to what I’ve set up below
