Richmond has one of the highest rates of HIV in Virginia, but many people are not getting tested for the virus. Dr. Faye Belgrave, a psychology professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and director of the Center for Cultural Experiences in Prevention, discusses why testing is important and how to treat HIV.
