Now that it’s getting colder outside and sun is setting earlier, many of us are spending more time inside at our local gym than working out outdoors. And since we’re spending a significant amount of time on the exercise machines, what else going to keep you motivated besides the eye candy?
Music, of course.
If you’re marathon training like me and stuck on the hamster wheel for over an hour, day-in and day-out, you can’t be motivated by just having the television on and staring at yourself in the mirror the entire time. You need a music playlist that will keep you energized and motivated.
