Daniela immigrated to the United States from Chile at the age of eight with her younger sister and parents. She found her love for fashion while experiencing the clarity that expressing herself through clothes brought to her life. While working on the production team of her high school fashion show her junior year it became evident that she had found her calling. She has worked on a few fashion shows prior to “Don’t Hate Celebrate” Fashion Show benefiting diversity thrift, including backstage work at RVA Fashion Week.
Daniela is currently enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University and is in her sophomore year pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising with minors in French and Media Studies. She hopes that her studies and passion will take her all the way to France where she one-day will work as a Fashion Show Producer.
