If you’ve noticed lately, early and mid-fall is the heart of running season and with the countless hours you’re spending at the gym training for your upcoming race, you have to make a few adjustments and transition into your workout attire and workout routine.
October’s keyword of the month is ‘moderation.’ Be disciplined to commit to a workout routine that will work for both you and your schedule. Also incorporate moderation into your diet and social life which may impact training and how you will perform on race day. And if you’re like me and other run addicts, multiple races.
