Here we go again! Like doing laundry every week, I change my exercise music playlist at least every two weeks to keep up with the latest and pick the right tunes that keeps my body movin’ and groovin’.
Since it’s February and the dreadful (kidding) holiday otherwise known as Valentine’s Day is approaching, this month’s playlist is all about love. No, this playlist isn’t dedicated to the couples, but to you and your body. Love yourself and love your body! As RuPaul always says at the end of Drag Race: “If you don’t love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?”
My playlist includes several leaked tracks, including Lady GaGa and Nicole Scherzinger, that will guarantee you running extra miles, keep the muscles pumping, and the calories burning. Cheers to loving yourself and your body. Not just today, but everyday!
