Diva, Bitch, Cooking Queen? Honey I don’t think so!
To be honest I rarely turn on my stove any longer, I’m just to busy for all that., However I do have a plethora of recipes that I love and will freely give out so others will and can cook for me. Since football season has started and we are well in the throws of fall, I decided to give you one of my favorite chicken wing recipes.
Wings are one of my favorite things; this is my recipe for Spicy Wings on the Grill! And while we may not be watching the game, we all love a nice Sunday afternoon of beer and being a couch potato.
Here’s what you’ll need:
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chipotle puree
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped oregano
20 chicken wings (this means the flats and the drummies still connected)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
**To spice up the recipe you can add red pepper flakes or a dash of Tabasco**
Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly (It’s much easier to do this in a large Ziploc bag, and then you don’t have any dishes to wash.). Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill wings and enjoy…
I’m going to add a few little side notes here to help you kids out that may be having difficulty:
Make sure your wings are thawed and dry, drippy wings make for a runny sauce!
If you’re trying to make more or less do measurements in even increments, we know none of us want to do math after we’ve had a few Sunday Morning Mimosa’s!
Throw you’re sauce mixture out when you’re done, remember it’s had RAW chicken soaking in it for hours. Also, Poultry should always be cooked to 165 degrees! Heaven forbid one of you shady queens gets food poisoning and tries to sue me!
If you don’t have a grill you can always broil these in the oven, or call one of your favorite lesbians because we all know lesbians have grills.
And lastly if your recipe doesn’t turn out right don’t blame me, just call Domino’s and get over it…
After a night at a drag show in Omaha, Nebraska, Marine Ryan Langenegger and his two gay friends (one in drag) were having a late night snack at a local bar. But before long, the 3 were verbally assaulted and followed outside the establishment. Lagenegger, who identifies as straight, then told the strangers he and his [...]
