Watch as performance art and video artists shake, shimmy and dance the night away at the historic Linden Row Inn. Produced by Michael Lease, artists such as Chris Freeman, Greg Stewart and students from VCU School of Arts will have the chance to show case their artwork. The glitz, glamour and shine will grace the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts as the special exhibition, Fabergé Revealed. More than 500 objects made by Fabergé himself or attributed to the artist will be on display for the public. Doors open to the public on Saturday, July 9. To order tickets, go here. Gallery5 Summer Flea Market
While sipping on bloody marys and mimosas, browse through old antiques, vintage clothing and knickknacks. All proceeds and donations will benefit Gallery5, who sponsors arts and music events for the RVA community. So clean out that clutter and support the local community by attending the summer flea market at Gallery5 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free.
The Fever Dance Party is back for the month sponsored by the Hat Factory. Come join the night crowd and dance the summer heat away. Show up before 10 p.m. and get in for free. Ages 18+ are $6-$8. Tickets can be purchased here.
