The Richmond Business Alliance (RBA), Richmond’s LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, is involved in a number of events this month with a stress on women’s influenced in the community.
The RBA is the local affiliate of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and supports businesses and professionals affirming to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
The Richmond Business Alliance brings together individuals and organizations from across various sectors of the business community to experience unique commercial, educational, networking, and social programming opportunities that increase visibility and promote economic success.
First up for this month is ”Women Leading the Future Through Diversity,” a speaker-lead event hoping to inform RBA members about the impacts women have in diversifying the workplace. It happens Feb 18th, 3:30 – 6:00 p.m at the Hilton Richmond Downtown (501 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219)

Later that night – 6 – 8 PM – join the RBA for their monthly Third Thursday event and networking event at Babe’s of Carytown (February 18th, 2016) There will be playing cards, backgammon, pool, and other games. Stick around for the Triple X Divas Drag Show to follow at 8 p.m. Bring a friend! This event is free to members and nonmembers. Feel free to bring a game of your choice. Appetizers will be provided.
