After 20+ years of marriage Steve Carell & Julianne Moore split up. Stud and seducer Ryan Gosling shows Carell how to adapt to the dating game, while other subplot love stories play out. This film is full of enjoyable performances and some minor surprises, but it’s more about love than laughs. An earnest romantic comedy that entertains without being distinctive.
