The key word here is brutalality: back-to-back vicious, bloody battles…and that’s about all the flick offers. The performances are mundane: Momoa sometimes sounds like a valley boy, although Rose McGowan is fun. The plot is useless, but at least the noise and bloodletting are non-stop. Nothing original, spectacular or special…just merciless mayhem.
