Meet Fashion For A Cause model Stephanie Chung – Visual Merchandiser, Mother, Wife, and Fashion Enthusiast.
Through Fourth Fridays, LGBT networking gatherings, and a close personal relationship, Stephanie got involved in the LGBT community. Through various social events and gatherings, Stephanie slowly became more involved in the community.
Recently friends of Stephanie’s exchanged vows in a same sex marriage. She embraces this relationship and the right to same sex marriage. She also has friends engaged to be married in August and enjoys that this is becoming more common in the Richmond area. Stephanie supports marriage equality in Virginia.
Not only extending her awareness to the community and friends, she teaches her children to be open in school and to recognize personal preferences and differences. She hopes that they will be supportive of their community and its diversity.
Watch Stephanie work her stuff on the runway March 26 at the Glave Kocen Gallery. For more information visit www.gayrva.com/fashion.
