If you haven’t had a chance to see the Richmond Triangle Players’ production of “Devil Boys From Beyond,” you just got another week.
Two performances of the campy sci-fi spoof have been added on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30 at 8 p.m.
Richmond, VA – Devil Boys from Beyond, the sci-fi spoof that has audiences and critics alike doubled over with laughter, is extending its run at Richmond Triangle Players’ theater at 1300 Altamont Avenue in Richmond. It is adding two performances, Friday April 29 and Saturday April 30 at 8 pm.
It’s the scorching summer of 1957, and with rumors of missing people and giant spaceships running rampant in the swamps of Lizard Lick, Florida, Mattie Van Buren (Tommy Callan), star reporter of the New York Daily Bugle, races down in search of her next Pulitzer, with her booze-hound ex-husband, Gregory Graham (Ryan Bechard) in tow. Her arch-enemy, gossip columnist Lucinda Marsh (Thomas Cunningham), is hot on her heels to scoop her story, while editor Gil Wiatt (Bill Brock) tries to piece together the mystery in New York.
