Holy crap guys! The Brazilian Girls are coming to DC! I’ve ranted and raved about how important it is to check out international acts when they come thought town, and this is one of those times. Check out Brazilian Girls “Don’t Stop” video below:
Alright, so technically, Brazilian Girls aren’t an international act, they formed in NYC in 2003. But the band members are mostly of European origin, so bear with me. Either way, they’ve been on hiatus since 2011, and now they are back and I’m so pumped, I think I messed myself.
I caught them at a festival a number of years ago, and between their spot-on live musical talent, and the singer Sabina Sciubba’s vocal skills, this is a show that you would be a fool to miss. Their show is bass driven, and Sciubba’s wardrobe is always a spectacle to behold.
The folks at 9:30 have also been kind enough to provided us with a pair of tickets to give away! Our usual method to do give aways is MIA at the moment, so we’re going to do this the old (new) fashioned way.
