Guest chefs Brittanny Anderson (Metzger Bar and Butchery), Lee Gregory (The Roosevelt, Southbound), Jason Lucy (Lucy’s Restaurant) & Adam Hall (Saison) join Heritage’s and Southbound’s chef, Joe Sparatta, to put together a five course tasting menu paired with five of Ardent Craft Ales’ seasonal beers.
