Animal RVA, the city’s best and most inclusive queer dance party, sets up shop at a new venue this month and everyone is invited.
While the monthly event was riding high on success, co-organizer and DJ Conley Dirt ϟtaϟh said they try and keep things interesting with the events. “Much like having different DJs, artists and contributors at Animal, I enjoy having different venues house our party,” he said. “I’ve been extremely curious about [Fallout] and am really excited.”
Dirt ϟtaϟh hopes you share his curiosity, and we do too – Fallout is know as a members-only club with a secretive atmosphere. There are plenty of surprises in store for those who step up, and if nothing else, it will provide a new level of freedom for those hoping to explore themselves (and others) at Animal RVA.
Dirt ϟtaϟh said the folks at Fallout, specifically owner Jackie Bishop, had reached out to them back in Sept. to try and set up a party in their space, but It’s just taken some time for the two minds to find common ground and make it work out schedule-wise. He said Bishop and the Fallout folks are “huge LGBTQ, non-gender conformist supporters” and want to convey that they offer a safe space for the LGBTQ community.
So come on out this Saturday, March 26th
10 PM – 3 AM,
at Fallout – 117 N 18th St.
