Against Me!’s “Black Me Out” Gets NSFW Video

Against Me! and their trans front-woman Laura Jane Grace is still grinding through a national North American tour (closest date to RVA is 4/6 in Asheville, NC) but you can catch a sample of what their live show looks like by checking out their new video for “Black Me Out.”
While the song and the video are fairly NSFW, it’s all pretty artsy and dramatic. Both the song and the video talk about Grace’s struggle with coming out as trans. The punk melody suits the message well, as do the dramatic black and white visuals coinciding with the tunes. Have a look below and let us know what you think in the comments below:
